1. About PriceHub
PriceHub provides information intended to help users compare products, prices and offers available from third-party retailers. We may also provide product specifications, historical price information, saved products, price alerts and related comparison tools.
PriceHub does not itself sell, supply, deliver or warrant products displayed on the Site unless a specific service is expressly identified as being provided by PriceHub.
2. Prices, availability and product information
We work to keep information accurate and useful, but prices, stock status, shipping terms, warranty terms, product specifications and other details may change at any time and may differ from information shown on PriceHub.
The price and terms shown by the retailer at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to your transaction. You should verify the final price, product configuration, availability, delivery terms, warranty and any additional charges directly with the retailer before purchasing.
- A price shown on PriceHub may have changed since it was collected or last updated.
- An offer may become unavailable without notice.
- Product images and specifications may be illustrative and may vary by market, version, colour, storage capacity or retailer listing.
- PriceHub does not guarantee that every retailer or every available offer is included.
3. Third-party retailers and external links
When you select an offer, PriceHub may redirect you to a third-party website. Your purchase is then subject to that retailer's terms, privacy policy, delivery rules, returns policy, warranty conditions and customer-service procedures.
PriceHub does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, acts or omissions. A link to a retailer does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that retailer.
4. Accounts, saved products and price alerts
Some PriceHub features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through your account.
Saved products and price alerts are convenience features. We do not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, delivered immediately, or reflect every price change. A retailer's live price must always be checked before making a purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You may use PriceHub for lawful, personal and legitimate commercial research purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the Site or use it in a way that harms PriceHub, retailers or other users.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases or administrative areas.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code or automated traffic that materially disrupts the Site.
- Do not scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of PriceHub content or data without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the Site for fraud, unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The PriceHub name, branding, interface, original text, software, databases, page layouts and other content created by PriceHub are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, product images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Using PriceHub does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
7. Service availability and disclaimers
PriceHub is provided on an 'as available' basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, data sources or parts of the Site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that all information will always be complete, current or accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceHub is not responsible for losses arising from a retailer's actions, a product purchased from a third party, changes in prices or availability, inaccurate third-party information, missed alerts, external websites, or a user's reliance on comparison information without verifying the final retailer terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited only to the extent that the law permits.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, features, business model or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PriceHub after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you under applicable law.
